- You need 1 medium of bell pepper (diced).

- You need 1 can of red kidney beans.
- Prepare 1 can of pinto beans.
- You need 1 can of diced tomato.

- add oil to pan and cook ground turkey or beef thoroughly while breaking up in a large pan/pot.
- add onion, celery, and bell pepper and cook till tender.
- put all remaining ingredients in pan... and bring to a boil, reduce to low/medium heat and simmer uncovered for about 15 minutes occasionally stirring.
- note: salt and chili powder are to each their own, make sure that its to your liking. as well substitute cayenne pepper for chili powder is good just reduce amount in.
