Cabbage sabzi is a dry sabzi recipe made using patta gobhi and to make it more interesting and eatable I have added matar/peas to it.   5. Cover and cook for 7 min; stir occasionally.
  6. Add 1 tsp lemon juice; stir.
  7. Cook uncovered for 5 min; stir occasionally.
  8. For a full meal add: - Rice, naan, bread or heated whole wheat tortilla - Salad - Any bean curry - Yogurt Variations: - To make hot add chopped jalapeño pepper or red chilli powder - Add chopped carrots and boiled potato in step 4.
