  1. Prepare 1 1/2 cup of rava.
  2. You need 1/2 cup of curd.
  3. It's 2 tbsp of oil.
  4. Prepare of Salt acc to your taste.
  5. You need 1 1/2 tsp of fruit salt (eno).
  6. You need 1 tsp of mustard seeds.
  7. You need 3-4 of green chillies.
  8. You need 9-10 of curry patta.
  9. You need 1 tbsp of finely chopped coriander.
  10. It's of Chat masala for garnishing.

Instant Rava Dhokla -Healthy breakfast step by step

  1. Take a bowl add rava,curd,oil,salt and 1 1/2 cup of water and mix it well.Cover with a lid and keep it for 1 hour.Before steaming the dhoklas,add fruit saltand 2 tsp of water,when the bubbles form mix gently.Pour the batter immediately into a thali and shake the thali to spread the batter,steam in a steamer for 20 min.keep it cool..
  2. Take a tadka pan put oil add green chillies, mustard seeds,curry patta and saute for few seconds. Pour the tadka over the dhoklas and garnish with coriander and chat masala.
  3. Served with green coriander chutney or tomato ketchup.
