  2. You need 2 of Dates.
  3. Prepare 1 of small apple.
  4. You need 2 tbsp of rolled oats.
  5. It's 1 tbsp of Honey.

  1. Take little amount of milk in a bowl and soak oats and de seeded dates in it for 10 mins.
  2. Grind the soaked oats,dates,honey,milk and cut apple in the mixer to a smooth paste.
  3. Add milk as per required consistency not making it very thin.
  4. Garnish with dryfruits or fresh fruits as per choice.
