- You need 2 of Dates.
- Prepare 1 of small apple.
- You need 2 tbsp of rolled oats.

- Take little amount of milk in a bowl and soak oats and de seeded dates in it for 10 mins.
- Grind the soaked oats,dates,honey,milk and cut apple in the mixer to a smooth paste.
- Add milk as per required consistency not making it very thin.
